No, the title has nothing to do with my blog post...
Just so happened this part of the song played while I was thinking of a blog post title...
I can't believe next Tuesday I'll turn 17. I'm getting old~
Coincidentally, and unfortunately, Tuesday is my longest day in school...
Nonetheless, there's squash to make up for it!
Past few days have been similar, albeit Friday...
So Friday was all about exercising. For Mass PE, we did about 70 crunches. Basically, it's this crunches game whereby we could only count only the prime numbers out loudly. Non-prime numbers were not supposed to be shouted. But because of the lack of Mathematics ability among the boys, we took quite a lot of tries to get to 40. Restarted, try, restarted, try again. Tried until we did about 70-80. Wow. Then we had to do some pumping, about 50 I guess? Then ran 2.4km (with addition of climbing uphill and downhill).
That's only part 1.
Part 2 was during squash. Joined the boys' run halfway with Calvin because we were just dismissed from lessons at 3:50pm whilst the others had already started at 3pm. Ran for about 10 minutes, around 5 laps I think? (That's around 2km). Wasn't so bad... until the next part.
Had to do wall squats 3 times for 1 minute each. What we did was we had to bend our knees 90 degrees, and then lean on the wall. It's like sitting down, except there's no chair but a wall. 1 minute is not easy, trust me. We then did some leaning thing. I can't remember the name of it. We had to lie on the floor, put our elbows and lower arm on the floor, then lift up our waist and torso (basically we only had our forearm/lower arm and toes touching the floor). Wow. I could feel my abs growing a bit.
Like, a tiny wee bit. Maybe say, 0.1%?
Today was just CIP tuition. Jia Wei didn't come so I took his tutee. However, Man Chun offered to help me take his instead since his tutee wasn't there. Big thanks!
So after CIP tuition, Elston, Jia Juen and I went to KFC to have lunch. FISH OLE BURGER IS DA DOPE MAN!
And that's all for today.
Buenas Noches
