This is quite a cool MV, the concept is real good! Heard this song long before its MV was released, but nonetheless, it's cool!
Moving on.
Past few days have been hectic. Which explains the reason why I have not blogged for quite a while.
But finally, here I am, blogging. I've managed to sleep at 11:30pm last night and woke up at 9am today. And that felt real good.
Although I would have preferred to sleep till 10am, but still, it's nice.
Oh yes. Let's talk about my NAPFA.
For 2.4km Run/Jog/Walk, I managed a time of 11 minutes.
YES IT'S SLOW.
But it's my personal best. So I'm quite proud of that. At least it's a B grade.
Just this Tuesday, I went for my 5-items test. First station was shuttle run, and I was really anticipating it. Back in ZHSS, we did our runs in the Indoor Sports Hall. INDOOR SPORTS HALL. SERIOUSLY?! Running on a wooden floor without an indoor court shoe?! That's like wearing a shoe with a butter sole and skiing.
Which also explains why I was real darn surprised at my time. Back in ZHSS, I could barely manage a 10 second. But I did at TJC.
I was against Jia Li though, and we were both on par (maybe I was just 0.1 second off him). However, as I picked up my 2nd beanbag, I slipped. So in the end I lost another 0.6 seconds. Jia Li finished at 9.4 seconds while I managed a 10.
Dayum.
Nonetheless, it's an A. So I was glad.
Next station was sit-ups. Finished 46 of them in a minute, which was above the A grade benchmark. Whew!
Then I forgot which stations we did first.
No matter. We went for sit-and-reach, which I managed to squeeze out a 37cm (yes it's poor, but for a guy with short arms and long legs, you cannot expect much), which was a D grade.
Standing Broad Jump was a disaster. Despite jumping 230cm during practice, I only managed 218cm in the actual one. It's an E grade.
Then, the station that I feared the most came. Chin-ups.
Luckily, I managed to squeeze out 2, which was enough to get me an E grade.
That means I've passed my NAPFA test with a Bronze grade! That means I can do my PE Elective instead of having to attend Fitness & Conditioning~~~~~~
WOOTS. CLAY TARGET SHOOTING...
Okay, other than that, nothing much to say. Yesterday, I had to leave TJC halfway during the day to go back ZHSS for Speech Day rehearsal. AND I MANAGED TO CONVINCE PEOPLE THAT I'M BRITISH. HAHAHAHAHA.
It's damn epic. When I finished my speech rehearsal, Eileen told me some people thought I was British. HAHA!
Although my name begs to differ...
Nonetheless, it was a fun rehearsal. Hope I don't get too darn nervous on the actual day, which is next Friday~
Okay bye peeps. MIRRORS.
