Hamsters are cute

Understatement of the year.

They're soooooo...... cute.

It's the cuteness that a camera cannot capture.

And I also found out that my hamsters' breed is Campbell's Dwarf Hamsters. The name itself is already cool enough.

Seriously.

So I finally gave them their names now that I've learnt to tell their differences.

1. BlinkyBlink
Poor BlinkyBlink has a problem with her left eye, I don't know why, cannot do much about it. It's like, it's a bit swollen. But she's fine, she does things normally, her eyesight isn't really getting in the way. Which is the reason why she's called BlinkyBlink - because her left eye is distinct from the other two. She loves to stuff loads of food inside her cheeks, and just store it there for... well, quite long.

2. Tiglet
Tiglet loves to stuff food to the left side of his cheeks. Whenever it's after a meal, I would observe him. It's like, the right side of his cheeks are unused ever since he was born. He's very playful, and certainly loves his running wheel. He is ironically smaller than his female partner, BlinkyBlink, and being a nice ol' gentleman, he would always fight for food and the place on the wheel.

3. Krunch
Krunch had to be separated from the other two due to a gang-up by the couple a few weeks back. She's now living by herself, and has recovered fully from a few scratches on her body within 3-4 days. She loves to eat as well, and has the whitest fur and biggest build of my hamsters. She does not like her veggies, and would always sleep halfway through a pipe (half her body would be inside the pipe, and the other half would be outside).

So yeah, there you go, 3 of me hamsters!

Love 'em.

On Sunday, Jia Wei and I went to Hanlyn's house to play squash with her~ It was darn fun! I just realised how bad I was...

Then there was this 60 year old guy who really lived his life to the fullest. He claims he can play all sports well except for hockey because he found it stupid to have to bend down. No offence, hockey players...

How can a man possibly play all sports? And play them WELL? Wow! I'm amazed. Here I quote him:

" I YOYO. You know what's YOYO? You're only young once!"

He's a nice dude, and although his pot belly is showing, once he picked up his squash racquet, he was so good. I'm convinced that he's great.

He also mentioned that he was offered to represent Singapore for boxing, which he rejected so that he could be an all-rounder. He even went Switzerland to learn skiing for 1 entire year!

Then again, it comes to a point where I have an important question to ask him: does he have any jobs?

Unfortunately, I didn't bring myself to ask it. So yeah, it's fine...

Monday was fun too! Played squash with the TJSquashers, and we had quite a lot of fun. Although I had a reality check when I got owned by them...

Julian attempted to play Calvin using a towel, which failed in spectacular fashion. I also learnt about overgrip and normal grip!

Had lunch at Kallang Leisure Plaza (Or whatever it was called). The haze was really bad!

Yesterday was jamming and class gathering. Jamming was fine, I couldn't hit the high notes, but Cassandra covered for me. Hehe. The band was great.

Spent the next few hours having lunch at MosBurger, then go to AMK Hub to meet the other peeps just after playing at the arcade and buying a Wii game. We arrived at JJ's house at about 5pm I think.

Then came the troll moment. We called JJ down to the dining room, and started singing a birthday song:

Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to Celia,
Happy Birthday to you.

Because it was Celia's birthday just 1 day before Tuesday (which is Monday, just in case you don't know your calendar), we decided to celebrate hers too. JJ was shocked, and so was Celia. AHAHAHA.

JJ said that it was another troll he couldn't escape from. For once, he thought he could escape the trolling for 1 year.

Last year's trolling was quite extensive though.

We finally got JJ his cake about 5 mins later, and then he went around wiping chocolate on everybody's faces.

Had some fun playing Mario Karts on Wii! It was so fun! Managed to win a race, and then a championship ahead of home-advantage boy JJ! TEEHEE.

Played some Twisters before I had to leave. Sorry to Si Yu, Jialong and Yu Hui for having to go so early! Because I had a curfew, and since I was taking a cab, I thought it would be better to leave in groups since the main road was quite far away as well. And so, I got the 3 of them to tag along, and I felt a bit guilty...

On the good side, the party itself ended not long after.

Whew.

Today, the family went for a photoshoot. We finally got decent portraits in a studio! Although I wasn't the most impressed with my smiles...

Just to let y'all know, I have a small and out-of-place dimple on my jaw. It appears when I smile.

So yeah, that's about it! Time to buzz off~~~
