Some P!NK reference there. Because I love her singing. Like, she has the power of a... of a... truck. Or a van. When she sings, the power is just there. Not something Katy Perry can do. *ba dum tsk*
So. Here I am, getting drawn away from Q&A for OP. Clearly, I'm bored. So I've decided to blog again. Because, not blogging is too mainstream. Perhaps it's like the new Gangnam Style. No-blogging Style? Probably.
Let's talk about what's coming on 15 November. It's ZHSS Grad Night 2013!
Can't disclose much information, but, I'm going to perform for sure. Singer, probably a bit of moving around, and, finally, FINALLY, LIKE FINALLY. I'll be able to become the DJ for the night, fulfilling song requests and shoutouts from Sec 4s and 5s. Feels like working at 987fm already.
Except minus the mixer, studio and a funny DJ in front of me.
It's like a lifelong dream, yet it has only been my dream since 2 years ago. Why DJ? Well, I think I have a talented voice? I don't know. Radio voice? Probably. Singing voice? Let's not go into that.
Speaking of which, I do have an English name that has been changed just last year. Well, a minor tweak.
Should I say it here, or no? I don't know. I'm stuck. It's a bit embarrassing to say though.
Meanwhile, let's move on swiftly to another topic for the day. My health.
So, my mum said that I had a lung infection at 2 years-old. But now, I'm free of asthma, surprisingly, and well, the only remains of that infection is a short stamina. But other than that, no biggie.
7 years-old: playful and adventurous. On a random Sunday morning, my brother and I raced down 5 flights of stairs from home to the void deck, just like how we would do so almost everyday.
I fell.
You were expecting a strong build-up, weren't you? Well, you must be disappointed.
So I fell down half a flight of stairs, and my brother was screaming hysterically, yelling for my parents, while I rub my head and realised the blood flow wasn't stopping. So I started screaming hysterically as well.
Luckily, a clinic was nearby, and being the Dad he was, my dad carried me to the clinic, and I had to undergo 3 stitches. Cried and stuff, of course. The scar is still... well, somewhere there today, but it's a lot less visible.
14 years-old now, and I was more sporting than ever. Played so many balls. Football, basketball and table tennis, that is.
So I was just playing football with 2 friends and 2 other strangers we met. I was the goalkeeper. My friend and I were running towards each other to try and get the ball. Since he was much larger than me, I got worse off. Fell on the concrete floor on my head, went unconscious for 5 minutes. Woke up and they told me I had fits. The ambulance didn't arrive for another 5 minutes. But that's okay; I didn't feel a lot of pain. Just, sleepy and tired.
The other friend followed me to the hospital. Subsequently, I stayed overnight there for a day. Luckily, no blood clots, no spinal injuries. In fact, I even told my parents to bring me my laptop over for the night. HAHAHAHAHA.
Well, if something else had happened in those 2 accidents, I don't think I'll be here. I'm not religious or anything, so I won't thank any Gods, but, I think I was lucky. Maybe it was meant to be? It's just fate, I guess.
17 years-old, and I'm about to go for another surgery. This time it's for braces. I know it's no big deal, but I have an impacted tooth on my upper right jaw. Mum said that if I remove that tooth, it may cause nerve problems because of its position. Which, well, may have dire consequences.
I'm not afraid of that, because I want my teeth to be nice. Right now, it's just like a dinosaur kinda thing. Or a shark growing a 2nd row of teeth.
So yeah, 3rd one, should be fine. At least it's not accidental this time. Lol.
Piss out (because I need a toilet break now...)
THE-STUCK-MAN
Quote of the day:
"Maybe it's just fate."
